The Two Phases of the CTF Program.

Phase One

2-Day Masterclass Options

This is the first phase of the CTF program and a compulsory requirement for all participants before progressing to the 3-Month Mentorship and Certification Program. Participants must successfully complete all required tasks and activities in this phase before advancing to the next stage.

Phase Two

3-Month Supervised Practicum Options

This is the second phase of the CTF program, designed to provide participants with three months of supervised practical training. By selecting any of the available plans, you automatically qualify for both phases of the program. You will be registered for Phase One: the 2-Day Masterclass and Phase Two: the 3-Month Mentorship and Certification Program, giving you access to the complete CTF training experience.

Frequently asked questions

Phase One is the two-day intensive training (₦100,000) — you get the core facilitation skills, practice, and feedback. Phase Two is an optional six-week mentorship and certification track (additional ₦250,000) for those who want to go further and earn the official CTT Certificate.
Yes. Phase Two is optional. You can attend the two-day intensive and stop there, or continue into the six-week mentorship immediately after.
Immediately following the two-day intensive training.
After completing Phase One, you'll have hands-on facilitation skills and practical experience. If you complete Phase Two and satisfy all programme requirements — assignments, coaching, presentations, final evaluation — you'll be awarded the Certified Transformational Trainer (CTT) Certificate by CFAC.
Through interactive lectures, group discussions, case studies, simulations, live facilitation practice, peer review, coaching, and performance assessments — not passive lectures.
The training holds in Abuja, Nigeria. The specific venue will be communicated exclusively to registered participants.
14th–15th September 2026 for the intensive training (Phase One). Phase Two runs for six weeks immediately after, for those enrolled.
Phase One: ₦100,000. Phase Two (optional): an additional ₦250,000.
This is Cohort 1, the inaugural intake. CFAC plans to run future cohorts, but joining Cohort 1 means being part of the pioneering group.
