We also provide resources and guidance on job search strategies, resume writing, and interview skills to help participants land their dream jobs.

How It Works & How We Do It

Our Early Career Identification Program is designed to help students in their last year of high school identify the right degree to study in university and chart a path towards achieving their career goals. Our process includes the following steps:

  • Self-Assessment: The first step in our process is for students to assess themselves. We help them identify their strengths, interests, and values to determine what they are passionate about and what they are good at. This step helps students understand themselves better and identify degree options that align with their strengths and interests.
  • Degree Exploration Once students have a good understanding of their strengths and interests, we help them explore potential degree options. We provide resources and guidance on different degree fields, programs, and universities to help students gain a broad understanding of what is available to them.
  • Goal-Setting: After students have explored different degree options, we help them set personalized career goals. We work with them to identify short-term and long-term goals and create a roadmap for achieving them.
  • Skill-Building:We provide students with resources and guidance on building skills that are essential for their chosen degree and career paths. We help them identify the skills they need to develop and provide them with tools and resources to build those skills.
  • University Application Support: We provide students with resources and guidance on university application strategies, essay writing, and interview skills to help them gain admission into their preferred universities. We also provide support and guidance throughout the university application process.
