How It Works & How We Do It
Our Employee to Entrepreneur Program follows a proven process that is designed to help employees transition from their corporate careers to entrepreneurship. Our process includes the following steps:
- Self-Assessment: The first step in our process is for participants to assess themselves. We help them identify their strengths, interests, and values to determine if entrepreneurship is the right fit for them. This step helps participants understand themselves better and identify potential business opportunities that align with their strengths and interests.
- Business Idea Generation: Once participants have a good understanding of their strengths and interests, we help them generate and evaluate business ideas. We provide resources and guidance on market research, business planning, and financial management to help participants evaluate the viability of their ideas and identify the most promising ones.
- Business Planning: After participants have identified a promising business idea, we help them develop a business plan. We work with them to define their target market, develop a marketing strategy, create a financial plan, and set business goals.
- Skill-Building:We provide participants with resources and guidance on building skills that are essential for entrepreneurship, such as financial management, marketing, and leadership. We help them identify the skills they need to develop and provide them with tools and resources to build those skills.
- Launch Support: We provide participants with support and guidance as they launch their businesses. We help them navigate legal and financial considerations, develop branding and marketing strategies, and connect with resources and networks to help them grow their businesses.
“Entrepreneurship is about turning what excites you in life into capital, so that you can do more of it and move forward with it.“
