Ralph is a Chartered Administrator with a strong bias for leadership development. He is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Information and Strategy Management and a graduate of Business Administration from Benue State University. MBA in Leadership with Jack Welch Management Institute, and Masters of Education Degree in Guidance and Counselling (in view). Ralph Ayua is the Director General of Bethel Workers Training Institute and the President of the Center for Attitudinal Change. He is also an external facilitator for Philip Consulting.
